Please ensure that you have included the appropriate description of the proposed services and the details of all parties involved, including the immediate parent, major shareholders, global ultimate parent, and/or affiliates, if required by the conflict and independence check procedures. The completeness and accuracy of the details included in the conflict check request are the responsibility of the engagement team/requestor.
The engagement team has the following ongoing responsibilities:
• To notify the Conflicts Team immediately if there are any changes to the parties related to this proposed engagement in order to ensure the changes are reflected in the conflict check.
• To notify the Conflicts Team when the status of the proposed engagement changes from ‘Live’ to ‘Opportunity Lost’ or ‘Completed’ in order to ensure the changes are reflected in the conflict check.
• If there are any subsequent changes to the proposed scope or nature of the work, you must either submit a new conflict check or discuss the matter with the Conflicts Team to determine whether a new conflict check is required.
