Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the advertising sales team to achieve the company’s objectives.
Manage and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

Establish relationships with new clients and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Explore and develop new clients, both direct clients and agencies.
Develop strategies for all leading media agencies.
Analyze post-campaign sales result and achieve individual sales targets.
Negotiate with clients and agency staff regarding details of campaigns.
