. Implement strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of products, lines and services (B2B/B2C)
2. Plan all sales campaigns and set marketing strategies for local/oversea market & distributors. Attend potential activities i.e. trade fair and business matching event.
3. Forecast product requirements and coordinating with suppliers. Identifying potential supply issues and developing contingency plans.
4. Studying and data acquisition to determine new products or new business development strategies to achieve the company target.
5. Monitoring progress in product launches, identify task success, program setbacks and failures, capture learning for future improvements
6. Plan, develop, execute, and evaluate to the marketing communications tools, promotional campaign, and sales action to achieve company sales targets.
7. Oversee digital and social media presence of the brands, including websites, Facebook, SEO & SEM.
