1. As we have many associates in the company therefore Associate Relation is the most important thing for sustainable growth
in the future. There are a couple concerns that are required closely monitoring and countering.
1.1) Human relationship among associates in the same department
(It causes unexpected working atmosphere in such department. This effects associates to be not motivated and it bring about associates to resign finally)
1.2) Conflict with supervisory person
(Some supervisory person just only assign job to associates without coaching, monitoring or following up. At end of the day the performance result of those associates got worsen, it tends to see resignation from those associates finally.)
