Amaranta Hotel is currently seeking a Full-Time Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic front office team.
Are you passionate about providing a high quality service with your impeccable attention to detail? As you will be a vital member of our front office team.
You will be responsible for following duties but not limited to:
Providing an outstanding guest experience from point of reservation to departure.
Check in & Check out guest effectively and efficiently.
Accurately maintaining guest reservations.
You will also be required to assist the Concierge team when needed.
The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills:
A strong background in front office operations or hotels.
Outstanding written & verbal communication skills, second language will be beneficial.
The ability to multitask as well as work under pressure.
Impeccable attention to detail.

This is a Full-Time position. We require Guest Service Agent who is flexible to work on rotating roster, weekend and public holidays.
