The effect caused in the crystallizationmechanism owing to an addition
of amorphous polymer in a semi-crystalline matrix cannot be totally
described using an isokineticmethod. Thus the use of an isoconversional
method allows the determination of local Avrami exponent. Through this
approach effects like rejection of PMMA amorphous chains from crystalline
front growth and increasing of system viscosity as a function of
cooling rates can be better understood.
