Position: Manager – Agency Field Management
Total package: Max. 70k
Responsibilities:
Have the overall responsibility for strategic planning and sales management for the areas under supervision, by aligning with regional plan
Plan the activities for area field management under supervision in alignment with region field management
Plan budget, forecasted sales/ revenues and expense ratio for area field management
Manage the sales expansion of assigned area by ensuring the standard and consistency of sales process, sales mindset and P&L ratio
Consolidate the overall sales performance of the area under supervision, and make analytical comparison with area’s target in order to ensure the achievement of sales targets
Track and ensure that recruitment, training, communication and other activities of the area under supervision are aligned with regional direction
Provide advice and coaching to team under supervision for on-field management: Recruitment, Training, Communication, and other activities
Track and monitor the achievement of on-field management, define the improvement area and the required actions
Ensure the sales performance in the area under supervision
Manage sales commission to drive sales performance and productivity of area under supervision
Define the solutions and plan for continuous improvement of campaign, and drive for the implementation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other related field
Minimum 4 year experience in Agency Field Management, Agency Field Support, Relationship Management, Product Campaign Management, or other related fields in insurance or banking business
Sales management skill
Problem solving and decision making skill
Relationship management skill
