General Descrlption
The MAX663/666 CMOS voltaga regulators have a maximum quiesent
Current of 12µA. They can be used either as 5 volt, fixed output regulators with no additional components, or can be adjusted form 1.3 V to 16 V using two external resistors. Fixed or adjustable operation is automatically suited for battery powered systeme, has an input voltge range of 2 to 16.5 V an output current capability of 40 mA, and can operate with low input-output differentials. Other features include current limilting and low power shut down
