Support Client Manager to initial implementation of newly acquired business
Coordinate with Business Development team to conduct the business planning included sales targets and forecasts plus inventory planning
Make product and stock management; budget management; reporting management;
Coordinate with operations/ support functions
Direct interaction with clients for operational enquiries, ordering etc.; Active development of client relationships (e.g. upselling: VAS)
Organize and prepare client meetings
Support Business Development team in Supply Chain Improvement Projects
Find ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services
Manage a team of customer services staff
Capability to manage across departments (sales) and across BUs (SCM)
