For the first growth of M. anisopliae conidia, the rice used was dry, which was good for the sieving process (Table 1).
The weight of the second growth was higher (102 g) than that of the first (67.89 g). Nevertheless, the CFU counting
of the second growth was lower in both extraction methods. In the third growth, the spore productivity was lower and
the rice was inappropriate for spore sieving due to its pastelike consistency. Consequently, fungal sporulation was impaired.
