Fig. 1. Pulse sequence for 2D 1H-{ NOT DQ1 4 } D-HMQC experiment. Dipolar recoupling (SR42 1) was used for coherence transfer between 1H and 14N. Our study makes use of modified composite pulses (listed in Table 1) to excite and reconvert the NOT DQ1 4 transition. These modified composite pulses are submitted to a two-step phase cycling as a whole to allow the selection of NOT DQ1 4 coherences. The excitation and detection of these coherences were performed at 86.8 MHz, twice the 14N Larmor frequency at 14.1 T.
