1) Notify the date, reason and the list of employee on a planned termination to the Labour Inspector and the employee in the list for acknowledgement at least 60 days in advance.
2) In case of The Company cannot notify or less than 60 days in advance, The Company shall be obligated to pay the extra severance payment for such notice in advance with the salary of the last 60 days rate or not less than the salary for the last 60 days for an employee who receives salary pursuant to his performance calculated as units.
