The B. subtilis B99-2 microcapsules

The B. subtilis B99-2 microcapsules were suspended and diluted
in sterile 0.9% NaCl solution, and then made the powders dissolute
completely under constant shaking for 10 min. Serial dilutions in
NaCl solution pour plated onto beef extract agar. The plates were
incubated at 37 C for 24 h. Plate count for bacterial colonies was
used in this study and the total counts of the viable bacteria were
indicated as colony forming units per gram (cfu g1)
