set the trace to „done“. Previously, the traces list had to be
printed out and picked up in the front office in the morning.
Later, housekeeping came back with the checked-off
list, and the changed statuses then needed to be manually
transferred into the hotel software. By using the app,
traces can not only be taken care of, but additional traces
can now also be immediately issued throughout the day
without the front desk having to constantly consult with
the employees. „
