Dear all
Due to poor time keeping and mismanagement of schedules we will be introducing the following new policies from today.
- All staff will now follow the monthly schedule set by management which will be emailed to you by Mr. Piyaphong Khaekphong (Dom) before the 1st of the month. All staff will reply to their schedule email each month to confirm they have read & understood the schedule in full.
- All staff must sign in at the front desk on your arrival for work.
- All staff must sign out when leaving work.
- All sales staff must sign into the CRM system on arrival at work.
- All staff must end there work day at the office unless given written permission by Lawrence Knowles (LK) or Michael Mcgrath (MM).
- There must always be one staff member from each department available to answer questions or deal with customers. Therefore lunches and brakes are to be staggered. If this process is not managed effectively lunch brakes will be scheduled.
- Holidays must be booked 1 month in advance and a holiday request form must be completed and signed by either LK or MM. (Please find this form attached to this email)
- All absence from work must be notified to either Mr. Piyaphong Khaekphong (Dom) or Pattaraporn L. (Kwang) prior to your scheduled start of work.
- Any absence from work of more than 1 working day due to illness must be evidenced by a doctors form.
- Any employee who is absent from work must complete an Absence Form on there return to work and present this form to either LK or MM for sign off. (Please find this form attached to this email)
- Any unauthorised absence from work will result in a salary deduction and may result in disciplinary action.
- Failure to sign in within 5 minutes of your scheduled start of work will be classed as 'late for work’.
- 3 x 'late for work' in any one working month will result in a salary deduction of 10% for that working month and may result in further disciplinary action.
Failure to follow these policies will result in disciplinary action.
