The Weakness of Southeast Asia Countries is gap between rich and poor countries. ASEAN should be considered as core mission in ASEAN integration process, which ultimately help sustain the development security of the whole ASEAN as well as of every member country because development gaps generate differences in abilities of integration process among ASEAN members. The current situation of development gaps reflect dramatic unbalances in integration capacity of some ASEAN members.
