The mailbox’s message queue is initially empty. As messages are sent to the mailbox, the messages are copied into the mailbox.
All messages have the same priority. Mach guarantees that multiple messages from the same sender are queued in first-in,
first-out (FIFO) order but does not guarantee an absolute ordering. For instance, messages from two senders may be queued in any order.
