To provide training support and resources necessary to satisfy training requirements and coordinate with instructor.
Conduct training/development program
Monitor, evaluate and record training activity and determine any program's effectiveness.
Participate and coordinate with related department to develop learning media for E-Learning system.
Qualifications
Female age over 35 years old
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources or related fields
At least 7 years experience in HRD or training function (in Financial Institute is plus i.e. Bank, Leasing company)
Self motivated, enthusiastic and good human skills.
Good command of English
Computer literacy (Able to use multimedia application is plus)
