At 02:40 hrs guest called to inform that no hot water in the bathroom, on that time i have to talk with another guest about the internet cannot login and no one pick up her phone. when i finish to talk with another guest, the guest called to me again and ask for GSC still operate or not because no one pick up the phone i have to say sorry and explained to guest for reason wich guest accept. when i ask for sent engineer to fixed the problem for the guest, guest need to fix it on tomorrow.
