1. Why should we change the plan at this juncture of growth?
a. Growth is primarily driven by IBOs consuming and selling products, and thus advancing in rank to Business Leader (BL), Group Business Leader (GBL), Master Business Leader (MBL), and Executive Business Leader (EBL). With this new plan, we want our India IBOs to all be able to earn money more quickly with immediate Retail sales and bonus checks every 2 weeks, and to achieve higher ranks more easily with shorter qualification periods and greater incentives. The new Star Development Bonus is a bigger payout that can go on indefinitely as long as you follow the sales and sponsorship requirements, and it’s no longer limited to your own Personal Group sales volume, now you can earn more widely and two levels deep on all of your qualified BLs’ Personal Group sales volumes. The income potential is much greater now.
