Would you ask Auto Tech to give us the explanation about last time that we have sent these part back to USA for checking and reprograming last time? Because Auto tech have said they have checking and reprogramming on it and everything working fine that’s why they sent these back, then we go to client do installation. We have inform client about how we solve the problem from information that we have got from you but when we do install then we found out that the problem still there and we have to send it back again. Now it turn out that both CPU and board are corroded and inoperable. We have to explain these to client why we just find out it’s corroded and inoperable, because we really have no reason to explain this incident to client.
Also about the cost for reprograming Sarith said Atlas will waive charge for reprogramming but why now it’ll be the cost for us again? (please check on the previous email on March 4)
We need to provide them proper explanation to our client because they are really angry and they really want the explanation for this case or else we will have problem to get into Asahi Glass.
