In this paper we have presented a method for blind
detection of alterations, such as image compositing, in
videos. Most related work is concerned with watermarking or non-blind detection and the field of blind
detection is recent. Our method is based on a realistic
model of CCD sensor noise as proposed by Healy and
Kondepudy [4]. The method was validated on videos
without and with movement. We showed that it can
be used for small levels of compression, that it remains
valid for small amounts of added noise and that it is not
affected by digital processing by the cameras.
Future work includes better management of movement and color and optimizing the current procedure.
