Manager shall, in close consultation with Owner select, specify and provide to the Spa Facility full menus for all revenue-generating outlets of the Spa Facility (the “Menus”), and based on the Marketing Plan, the Manager will modify the Menus. Manager shall consult with and assist the Spa Director to (i) ensure the final delivery of the Menu items and (ii) provide protocols and training to deliver the Menu items to the appropriate quality standard. Manager, from time-to-time may change, modify and enhance in close consultation with Owner, the Spa Facility’s Menu’s, provided that, the Manager provides the necessary training for the new Menu items
