In the Beginning Dr. Kenneth Cooper, founder of Cooper Aerobics in Texas, coined the term “aerobics” in 1968. Then, in 1976, Jacki Sorensen integrated aerobics with the beat of music and developed the movement of the exercise by applying the principles of sport science. This exercise has become popular since then and it is nowadays known as “Aerobic dance”
Currently, exercise seems to be more popular because people have realized the importance of keeping good health. Aerobic dance is one of the exercises that are more prevalent in this generation. There are lots of people doing aerobic dance every evening, especially in the park. Due to the popularity of aerobic dance, sport scientists have developed advanced aerobic dance called T25. The T25 exercise movement is much more intense than the original aerobic movement, which means people exercising with T25 will get higher rates of metabolism. In addition, T25 takes only 25 minutes per day. Therefore, this is why T25 is trendy in this period and why people are more and more addicted to aerobic dance.
In my opinion, aerobic dance will be more important, especially in the generation that is full of stresses. First, dancing can make people more energetic and relieve when they listen to music. Plus, aerobic exercise can help the blood circulation more efficiency, lower cholesterol and sugar level in blood, and circulate more oxygen to the heart. Lungs and blood vessels , which leads to smoother functioning in the body. Finally, aerobic dance doesn’t require equipment to exercise, so everyone can do aerobic dance without spending any cost.
Aerobic dance, which is a form of aerobic exercise, can benefit to both physical and mental health such as cardio vascular system, mental system and so on. In addition, it results in good shape for our bodies and makes us enjoy with dance music. It is undeniable that we should do aerobic dance.
