Presently there were several cases that the BBL rejected your client's signatures in our debit direct application because of unmatched signature. This cause us unable to collect their repayment on time. And you and clients would not be satisfied if they need to sign the application again and again. Because some clients could not remember how they signed when opening the bank account at all.
In order to solve this problem of unmatched signature, you could inform clients going to their bank, and let them confirm by verify the signature in our direct debit applications before giving to us. Then after we submit it to our bank, their online system will recognize and accept this verification. Please see the example of bank verification as attached files.
