We have a pressing situation with regard to some of the assets for redemption, that is, the window is closing. These assets are :

1) G7 FRN boxes
2) Morgan FRB boxes
3) 100,000 face value Deutsche Mark
4) 57 series Japanese Bond
5) Red 2000 
6) Golden gun
7) Golden trumpet 

All of the above have deadline of early July and end of June for submission. By submission, these means as follows :

1) Latest current photos (using newspaper or hand written note showing current date and name) against these assets boxes
2) 5 sides photos of each box
3) Inside content photos of each box
4) Serial number of each box and of each internal contents
5) Total volume available
6) Location of assets.

Sample of such a submission is shown as attached (attached pictures show a sample of the 12 boxes only). 

With the above submission, a preliminary check would be performed by Redeemer side to verify whether the serial number checks out. This exercise must be completed before end of June. So submission must be these couple of days.

Once the preliminary verification checks out, the Redeemer shall send out redemption procedure containing the commercial terms, processing of documentation, draft agreement for the redemption between Redeemer and Asset Caretaker, indemnity, cross border logistics related clearances, etc. Given that the volume is likely to be substantial, it is likely that the assets shall remain on location instead of shifting location.

Depending on the type of asset and Redeemer, the detail terms and conditions of the redemption offer shall be discussed and finalized later. After all, these are typically already prescribed by the higher authorities, leaving little to no room for discussion. And realistically, the assets do not belong to the Caretaker, and hence it should be met with realistic expectation commercially.

Please therefore follow the above initial steps to meet the end of June deadline for each of the class of asset that you may have (expect DM which shall be addressed in separate email).
