•The Account Support Specialist role will partner with EAN account managers and inside account managers to provide support for partners of varying size and complexity. The role will be primarily responsible for managing the partners’ reporting and servicing needs.
•This role will need to interact seamlessly with multiple arms of the organization for optimal success. The successful candidate will foster strong working relationships with AMs and inside AMs in order to proactively identify and assist with partner needs.
•The role requires strong internal coordination skills, knowing how to work with other teams as they relate to servicing requests: this primarily includes customer operations, finance, and the partner reporting team but could also include the partner connect optimization team, analytics, and the legal team.
•The Account Support Specialist will also be expected to work directly with partners on some servicing and reporting items, but should keep the account owner fully informed at all times.
