Now that you have seen what a balanced diet should be, some of the aspects of life that health and diet affects, and some of the diet plans used, I hope that it has helped you to understand why health and diet are so important in everyone's lives.
For myself, I also learned a lot while doing this project, mainly because I'm one of those people that always want to fit societies standard of beautiful, which is thin, and always going on crash diets, as I'm sure a lot of other men and women are doing. But, I learned that being thin is not the most important thing in life. Being health is.
So, I try as much as possible to eat the right foods, but when choosing a weight-loss diet plan, what you should do is make sure that your health comes first. What good is one to society if he or she is dead because of their lack of self-care, mainly diet?
So, in conclusion, I must state that, I have tried the 3-Day Diet Plan and the Lurbs Super-Soup Diet Plan, and I must say that they have worked to some extent. But, what really worked for me was eating the right foods and exercising. I may not be the "Miss Barbie" with the hourglass figure, but I do keep healthy now, with exercise. I try to stay away from fat but I must admit......I do stray sometimes.
So, what is the secret? Eat healthy, exercise, and put health first, not physical appearance!
