Meet & assist passengers and special passengers, supply relevant information at check-in desks, embarkation/disembarkation, solve relevant problem particularly where service disruption occurs, in a timely and safe manner to ensure that work performance reach passengers’ full satisfaction.
Liaise with relevant units to arrange special service for passenger where service disruption occurs to ensure that special passengers are adequately informed about flight disruption and fully accommodated and accompanied to avoid future complaint
Perform duty at Blue Ribbon Club Lounge to ensure whatever assistant may need.
Perform check- in duty for Business class ticket holder, and Flyer Bonus Frequent Travel - Premier Level to ensure that mentioned passengers are fully satisfied.
Follow up work performance and report direct superior to further action.
