Previous Work Experience
• Should possess Channel Management, customer marketing and sales experience in a similar Business to Business Product company with relevant Building Controls industry experience.
• Strong general marketing skills (conducting VOCs/ OVOCs, competitive positioning, identifying CTQs, developing value proposition and flawless execution of product launches).
• Demonstrated ability to influence across sales organization.
• Identifying and understanding market and technology trends, and linking them to business strategy.
• Strong financial and excel modeling skills, and excellent power point slide preparation as well as presentation skill.
• Experience in conducting secondary and primary research; competitive analysis
