7.3 Asset Performance Review Meetings
7.3.1 The Concessionaire shall conduct regular Asset Performance Reviews. These reviews shall be held monthly to ensure that problems identified by the front line staff or the analysts are being adequately addressed by management. The Concessionaire shall ensure that the team comprises suitable representation from the department responsible for service delivery and MRTA counterparts including:
(a) The section (department) manager responsible;
(b) Technical support engineer;
(c) Technical representative from the front line team; and
(d) A representative from the operations team.
(e) MRTA Counterpart Staff
7.3.2 The purpose of the performance review shall be to:
(a) Analyse the management data that is produced by the CMMS and other monitoring systems;
(b) Identify developing failure trends;
(c) Debate possible remedial or investigative actions;
(d) Present remedial action proposals to MRTA in the form of changes to system designs or maintenance procedures;
(e) Plan the maintenance workload and priorities;
(f) Ensure sufficient resource is available in terms of manpower and materials to meet the planned workloads needs; and
(g) Ensure that representatives from other department/sections within the Concessionaire are aware of the relevant issues.
