TSM requested to consider about cost down items as follows.
1.Delivery separate Damper Assy(L,R) and Under Bracket Comp
It means, change delivery style about Damper Assy to Honda Brazil Style (Only Damper)
and Only Under Bracket Comp.
⇒To reduce assembly cost for Bridge Assy…
In my thinking, we cannot move to A-Line based on capacity. So, cycle time will not change
because we’ll continue to produce FF for TSM in B-Line.
But maybe TSM think, KYBT can reduce person for Bridge Assy.
2.Load Efficiency
If we change delivery style from FF-ASSY to separate,
how about our Loading Efficiency?
⇒To reduce track fee…
In my thinking, current status of track for TSM is not full. Maybe it will not change.
At first, please confirm to concern persons……..PD2, PC, WH..
(We need to answer to customer on 31st/Jul)
