What has helped in facilitating the implementation of these new changes?
It’s pretty unprecedented what we’ve done – setting up a new function and outsourcing at the same time. It’s a massive change in terms of set up processes, people, and ways of working. I feel we would not have achieved this without the Syngenta culture and ways of working; everyone throughout the transition process that I worked with was very helpful and supportive at what we were trying to do and actually that was one of the reasons I was keen to join Syngenta.
Where do you see CREFM’s contributions to the business?
We create environments that allow our people to innovate and outperform. We do this by streamlining the way we work with our partners. We manage our asset portfolio and ensure that it is acquired, utilized and managed in the most efficient and effective way.
In a nutshell, simplifying and enhancing how we manage and deliver services are our biggest contributions to the business.
