The antioxidant activity of acTSE was measured by DPPH
and ABTS assays, both of which have been used as
standard methods for the estimation of the antioxidant
activity of foods and plants [16,17]. The IC50 values of
acTSE were 4.2±0.2g/mL (DPPH assay) and 6.2±0.3
g/mL (ABTS assay).
