Coordinate with others department to ensure smooth interaction;
• Schedule flight adhere with Operation Manual and Monitor the Flight Schedule for any changes and maintain situational awareness and
identify and analyze any problems that may impact the flight schedule and crewing schedule. And nay unexpected circumstances;
• Notify crew when reporting time is delayed or duty assignment is changed;
• Advice the Flight Operation Manager and Dispatcher of any event that may or will impact the crew roster and affect the flight schedule;
• Ensure Crew Rostering System is continuously and accurately updated with crew status and roster assignment;
• Monitor Crew Rostering System for crew duty limitation and rest period alerts and notify DFO without delay;
• Collect pilot monthly flight pay/ per-diem reports, compile a summary and submit to Accounting Department;
• Prepare and retain monthly summary report of crew duty assignments, duty time and rest time;
• Perform crew notification once crews are ‘on duty’. Action any last minute crew disruptions such as trip swap and sick leave;
• Assess the impact to the flight schedule of any crewing information received from other parties. For example Crew ‘no-show’.
• Ensure that all documents and licenses of pilots are updated in Leon System.
• Perform other duties as directed by DFO, DDFO and FOM.
• Contract and book hotel and provide transportation for pilots.
