The GnRHR and NPY genes were genoty

The GnRHR and NPY genes were genotyped after digestion of the PCR products with
the restriction enzymes Bpu1102I and DarI, respectively. The restriction fragment lengths for
the A and a alleles of the GnRHR gene were 255/145 and 400 bp, and for the B and b alleles
of the NPY gene 240 and 79/161 bp, respectively. Genotype and allele frequencies for both
genes investigated are shown in Table 2.
