The actinomycetes isolates S. toxytricini vh22, S. avidinii vh32,
Actinomycetales bacterium vh41 and S. tricolor vh85 along with S.
toxytricini vh6 and S. flavotricini vh8 showed prominent antagonistic
potential against R. solani and exhibited significant level of accumulation
of phenolic compounds in tomato plants under pathogenic
stress. Quantitative estimation showed significant increase in total
chlorophyll content in plants under treatments compared to control.
