hello my name is Toby a Ken I am a high school teacher
history and theory of knowledge and this is my philosophy is educational leadership. I am currently a student's and training to become eighty cheerleader and I hope by becoming a teacher leader. I will be able to help my school and future schools meet the challenges that are to come. Wiley worked on several committees and while the enthusiasm that we've all shared has been how global soft and hard to transmit that enthusiasm to my colleagues as a teacher leader abusing the teacher leader model standards which in their domain one highlights a sensor fostering collaborative culture. I think this will be important as I A strive to communicate my excitement about new initiatives to my colleagues what leadership tools to access for several years. I've hot communication and one and powerful lesson I've learned is that communication is not just about speaking but about listening as well it's what often lost are among people and as a leader. I can only imagine that listening will help me to synthesize what my team members are saying to new and creative solutions for the problems that we face along with listening. I intend to use data-driven decision-making as a part a the solutions that we need to come up with the data by this process explained by the spiro here provides a great model for making observations about the problems that we see both in the classroom and school a large and then gives us a firm structure to create targeted action plans to solve those problems for several years. I've study differentiation in the classroom and it too will help may be on the air in that if .I am to be a collaborative leader I'm must use all the talents that are given to me by my team members by using everyone's specific strengths we can make better solutions to the problems that face us well my leadership look like management while walking around side by Ramsey and several others allows leaders to foster relationships that help colleagues maintain focus on what's best for students it's only natural that if leaders show that they're truly interested care about what their colleagues are doing that those good relationships will help build tighter bonds any kind of collaborative leadership process backwards designed by weekend summit II is a wonderful tool to help keep a group focused on what's really important by starting with the end goal in mind it allows a group to be creative and allows the group to
look at many possibilities in reaching that angle divergent points if you and other ways of thinking are all cherished as long as
we all have that same vision together well. I expect as a leader
simply put using communication skills data-driven decision-making differentiation and backwards design. I believe I can encourage creative problem solving for the challenges ahead tapping into the strain said the group will release great potential
and will be the hallmark up my leadership
