The Technique
1. Preheat the serving cups.
2. Unscrew the top of the Moka Pot from the bottom.
3. Remove the metal basket from the bottom.
4. Weigh coffee
5. Place cold water into the bottom upto the level of but not past the release valve.
6. Grind the coffee.
7. Place the coffee into the basket.
8. Reassemble the moka pot.
9. Place over heat source.
10. Turn heat to medium.
11.Should be around a 5 minute total brew time
12. Remove from heat.
13. Remove water from serving cups
14. Serve
