Insured claimed against us for part

Insured claimed against us for part cost & rework cost of
damaged cargo in sum of Bht 66,045.60 (excl.VAT). On without
prejudice, Denso has no any supporting documents. After
severally negotiation, we reconsidered full claim amount as
actual loss as detail below which was not be precedent to
to the future case, Insured accepted it.
