3.1. Comparison of metaphase and interphase cell counts
We counted five slides of MSCs that had been established
by several laboratories. The metaphase cells were counted using
the Metafer system (MetaSystems), and the interphase cells
were counted manually. We determined the ratio of metaphase
cells/interphase cells to be 0.05% (mean).
