Good fats

seeds (such as pumpkin and sesame).
- Polyunsaturated fats, including Omega-3s, found in fatty fish such as salmon, herring
mackerel, anchovies, sardines, and some cold water fish oil supplements. Good vegetarian
sources of polyunsaturated fats include flaxseed and walnuts.
