In this paper, the segmented core assemble method of the
motor was adopted, and the performance of the BLDC motor
applying iron power was analyzed. Also, the performance of
the compressor assembled product is measured.
According to an image of the core identically applied to the
silicon steel the characteristic results of refrigeration capacity
and compressor efficiency was fallen. However, using the shape
of the powder magnetic core material a 3-dimensional shape like
as figure 9 (a) and (b) can be used to maximum non-core shape
and design of the core improve performance. Accordingly the
structure of the various motors of the compressors will be able to
increase the utilization.
