Who doesn’t want to be more productive at work? After all, a feeling
of achievement and personal accomplishment at the end of a
day or a week can be exhilarating, if not totally satisfying. However,
many days seem as if they’ll never end and nothing is getting
done. So why is everyone not more productive, and what would it
take to change that? The majority of executives and managers say
that to improve productivity, there should be more communication,
focus, and collaboration. There also should be less office politics,
meetings, and panic.
