Standard working days are 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
• Office working hours are from 8.30 – 18.00.
• Shop working hours are from 9:30 – 19:00
In the special case of working on Saturday or Sunday, the Employer and Employee agree to switch the days for convenience on both sides.
If required by the perception of the customer and business interests, the employee is required to make outside working hours and required overtime work. The Employee is obligated as far as he is able to achieve this and it can be expected to him in good faith. The overtime might be compensated upon prior approval with general manager.
