as realized from start that the
secret to success of any organization is its people. We put a
lot of effort into developing our people to enhance their ability
to meet current and future challenges of the company. We
stressed the importance of understanding Ball's practices by
sending over thirty technicians for two month on-the-job
training in a Ball can plant in USA. We believe in helping the
economy of Thailand by developing all levels of our staff
through proper training and technology transfer. We respect
individual opinion, but at the same time stress the importance
of team work. We emphasize participative style of
management throughout our organization and have set up a
number of committees to allow full participation at all levels.
