This letter is being written to inform you that your job reporting performance is needs to improve behavior immediately. Despite repeated verbal discussions, you are not submitting job reports within 30 days after completion of job.
We consider it as the serious breach of conduct and hold your bonus day payment on May’16 period until your improvement. We warn you of strict actions if you don’t improve your behavior and bring changes in your conduct. According to these submissions affects our company performance with our customers due to we are not billing them in a timely manner as well as affecting the performance of your work colleagues. It also caused additional issues with our recent inventory auditing as we could not account for inventory that had already been consumed.
We hope that this letter will act as warning in advance to avoid complications in future. If you have any say in this regard you may feel free to contact any person in management and report your grievances. We expect you to have a good behavior hereafter.
Please note that whether you sign this warning document or not, it is in immediate effect anyway, your signature reflects only that you acknowledge your receipt of the document.
