16 hours, it was clear that removing the peel did not help the acetaldehyde to reach
the inner part of the fruit pulp to the same extent as in the outer pulp (outer pulp
with peel 162.9 f 7.9 nl/g; outer pulp minus peel 4240 f 1650 nl/g; inner pulp with
peel 39.4 & 7.1 nl/g; inner pulp minus peel 248.2 & 132.4 “l/g).
