Note: Please note that the OPBP will be used to guide the activities and actions of your business unit in 2015 and beyond as well as being used for the 2015 year-end appraisals. Therefore, please do not include too many 2015 objectives, strategies and 2015 action plans that will be difficult to achieve or complete. While I would like to encourage everyone to stretch themselves and their business units, setting your objectives or action plans too high can also be demotivating if most of it cannot be achieved or completed on-time. Be realistic!
