The former 70’s style family establishment has been totally redecorated in very tasteful brown and gold tones. The external lighting showcases the mansion perfectly.
From the spacious parking area it is a short walk to the porched front door. Walking in there is an airy lounge bar area with a fully dispensed bar at the far end. On the far side, the main dining room is tastefully decorated in an understated style combining Thai and Chinese design elements and colours; International Asian rather than one specific country influencing the overall design. It is the residence many would aspire to own and the careful use of tasteful tropical colours amid internal lighting create the mood of the new Patara.
The Thai design glass paneled walls and French windows at the far end of the dining room look out onto the illuminated terrace and tropical garden. The floor above has three private dining rooms that can be made into one and a spacious balcony terrace that will prove popular for cocktails during the cool dry winter months.
